Please read before submitting. By ticking "I agree" below and, if selected, taking part in Truth or Date (the "Show"), you confirm and agree that: (1) You are 18 or over and take part voluntarily. (2) The Show is filmed, photographed and recorded, and you consent to the producers recording and using your image, voice, name and contributions (the "Footage"). (3) The producers own all rights in the Footage and may edit, adapt and use it in any media worldwide, including YouTube, social media and promotional or commercial material for the Show, without payment or further approval. (4) The Show involves personal questions and unscripted conversation on stage, with game segments presented for entertainment. (5) You will act respectfully towards other participants, staff and the venue, and follow reasonable production and safety instructions. (6) You may withdraw your application at any time before the show date by contacting the casting team; Footage already recorded may still be used. This agreement is a plain-language summary for casting purposes.
